Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@madehappy.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Please note that the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for personalised items. Personalised items are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold. If there is an issue with the personalisation or if the item is defective, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
